I am proud to say that I have had the opportunity to return to this Chacra La Casa Del Flaco which is more than just a Chacra. They have a Very Delicious Restaurant called "La Casa Del Flaco" and during my visit back on Wednesday, May 3, 2017, I had the opportunity to enjoy a very delicious and nutritious dinner which was served by Chef Jose Ortuno. During our dinner, we had the following in the order that I am providing. 1) Appetizers: homemade bread, lima beans with garlic and egg plant with garlic. 2) Soup: containing green apples, lamb, merlot wine and vegetables. 3) Plums with blue cheese, raw ham, shrimp with strawberries and other types of berries. 4) Pork with garlic and potatoes with cayenne pepper. 5) Beef empenada 6) Sliced cheese with oyster mushrooms 7) Asado 8) Strudel de mansana for dessert We all really enjoyed our dinner and hope that You will too when You come to visit their restaurant o2017ur next visit to Centenario, Neuquen Argentina. I personally want to thank Chef Jose Ortuno for inviting us there and for taking the time out of his day to cook for us and allow us to try his Delicious Culinary Works Of Art and I want to thank him for making the Youtube Video with me.
