I was personally referred to Odile Chocolat by Judi Michelle Young from the Canadian Sculpture Centre out in Toronto, Ontario Canada and definitely for the Right Reasons. My friend knows that I do Love Chocolate and this was definitely the Right Place to visit. Odile has had her Chocolate Store for the past nine (9) years as of Valentine's Day and she has been in the business for a total of (13) years. Odile used to be a Sculptor and transitioned into a Chocolatier. During my visit, Odile was telling me the story about how she got into the business and she showed me some of the various chocolates that she makes and Tasting Them Was Even Better! I want to personally Thank Odile for the time that she took out of her day to do an interview with ME.
